Pine tree bark

I was inspired to try out to mix some scans into the SD graph to understand the process a bit better and what kind of results I could get. This time the base mesh for the tileable material in SD was an scan I took in nearby forest here in Espoo. I tiled and cleaned up in Substance Designer.

I am aware the with more images I could have got probabbly far better results but I was still surprised how much details the height turned out with.

As the source there were around 120~ photos I tooks with Sony a6500, 16-50mm kit lens
